• 1/2 cup Hood® Low Fat Cottage Cheese
• 1/2 cup Hood® 1% Lowfat Milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries or strawberries
• 2 Tbsp. sugar, optional
DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
