• 1/2 cup 1% Hood® Lowfat Milk
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen and thawed)
• 1/2 cup Hood® Maine Blueberry & Sweet Cream Ice Cream
DIRECTIONS:

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 45 seconds to a minute or until frothy. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
