Yellow Layer:

½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 frozen medium banana, cut into chunks

 

Orange Layer:

1 cup Hood Boo Struck Vanilla Reduced Fat Milk 

1 frozen medium banana, cut into chunks

 

White Layer:

¼ cup Hood Heavy Cream

2 tsp. sugar (optional)

In a food processor, blend the ingredients for the yellow layer until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour equal amounts into two tall glasses. Freeze for at least 15 minutes.

In a food processor, blend the ingredients for the orange layer. Refrigerate.

Whip the cream and sugar together just until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute.

Remove the glasses from the freezer. Tipping the glass to one side, gently pour equal amounts of the orange mixture into the glasses, not disturbing the yellow later. Top with equal amounts of whipped cream.

Serve immediately.
