Preheat oven to 375˚F.

Grease large baking sheet with 1 teaspoon olive oil.

Place cottage cheese in food processor or blender and process on until smooth, about 1 minute.  Roll out pizza dough into an oval about 8” long and 16” wide. Sprinkle half the cheese on half of the pizza dough, lengthwise, to within a half inch of the edge of the dough. Arrange broccoli evenly over the cheese layer. Spoon cottage cheese on top of broccoli and spread to cover broccoli evenly.

Fold dough in half over broccoli mixture. Seal entire edge with the tines of a fork. 

Transfer calzone to baking sheet.  Brush calzone with the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil.  Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow calzone to rest for 5 minutes before cutting in slices.  Serve warm with pasta sauce.
