INGREDIENTS:

• 3 stalks celery, sliced thin
• 2 heads broccoli florets
• 1 ½ red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
• 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
• 1 Tbsp. chives
• 2 Tbsp. tea mint, chopped
• 3 Tbsp. olive oil
• 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
• Juice from ½ a lemon
• ½ cup Hood® Light Sour Cream
• Salt and fresh ground pepper

Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then chill immediately under cold water and strain.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and serve.
