Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.

 

Prep tip: Make a tray of ice cubes from Hood Premium 1% Lowfat Chocolate Milk for this smoothie and to add to other drinks, including iced coffee.
