Creamy Mushroom Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 pint white button mushrooms, sliced ¼" and then roughly chopped
• 6 Tbsp. butter, divided
• 4 Tbsp. flour
• ½ cup Hood® Whole Milk, warmed
• ½ cup Hood® Sour Cream
• 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper (optional)
DIRECTIONS:

Grill chicken breasts 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

In a sauté pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat and sauté mushrooms until golden brown; set aside. 

In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add Hood Milk and bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Add Hood Sour Cream, mushrooms, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Pour sauce over grilled chicken and serve.
