  • 3/4 cup Hood┬« Light Eggnog
  • 6 T. plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Toppings:

  • 2 T. pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • 2 T. chopped walnuts
  • 1 T. sweetened shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS:

Blend the Eggnog, yogurt, banana, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender or food processor for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into bowl. Arrange the pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and coconut on top.
