  • 1 poppy seed or sesame seed bagel, halved 
  • ½ cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Garden Vegetables
  • ¼ medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 thin slices red onion
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and shaved with a vegetable peeler into long paper thin strips
  • Freshly ground black pepper 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Toast the bagel and place each half on a plate. Top each half equally with ¼ cup cottage cheese, cucumber and red onion slices and carrot shavings. Finish with freshly ground pepper. Serve.
