  • 1 poppy seed or sesame seed bagel, halved
  • 1/2 cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Garden Vegetables
  • 1/4 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 thin slices red onion
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and shaved with a vegetable peeler into long paper thin strips
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Toast the bagel and place each half on a plate. Top each half equally with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, cucumber, red onion slices, and carrot shavings. Finish with freshly ground pepper. Serve.
