 30 cinnamon graham crackers

3 cups Hood Heavy Cream

¾ cup confectioners’ sugar

1 tsp maple extract

2 cups vanilla pudding

4 cups Hood Maple French Toast Ice Cream, softened

Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with 10 cinnamon graham crackers, you may need to overlap or break them up a bit to cover the whole bottom.

In a large bowl or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat Hood Heavy Cream, confectioners’ sugar, and maple extract on medium high speed until light and fluffy.

Spread approximately a third of the whipped cream over the first layer of graham crackers, followed by the layer of vanilla pudding.

Add another layer of 10 cinnamon graham crackers and follow with a layer of the Hood Maple French Toast Ice Cream. If ice cream isn’t a spreadable consistency, beat it with a hand mixer for a few seconds to soften it.

Add the final layer of cinnamon graham crackers and pipe or spread on the remaining whipped cream.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
