MARBLING MIX
  • 3 Tbsp. light brown sugar, packed  
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 
  • 3/4 cup Hood® Sour Cream

BROWNIES
  • 1 box fudgy brownie mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease an 8" x 8" baking pan.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Reserve.

Prepare brownie mix according to directions. Pour batter into prepared pan and distribute evenly. 

Using a soup spoon, dispense about 6 dollops of the marbling mix on top of the brownie batter, leaving some brownie batter showing. Draw a knife through the batter to create a marbling effect on the surface of the batter.

Bake brownies for 28 to 32 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool brownies completely on a wire rack. Cut into 16 equal-size pieces.
