Dissolve the espresso powder in the hot water. Add to a container with a cover, and add the milk and coffee creamer. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into highball glasses.

Prep Tip: Rim glasses with crushed chocolate cookie crumbs. Place 3 plain chocolate wafers in a food processor and process into fine crumbs. Transfer to a small plate. Wet the rims of the glasses and invert them in the cookie crumbs.
