  • 1 cup Calorie Countdown Fat Free Dairy Beverage
  • 1 cup sliced frozen unsweetened peaches
  • Sucralose, stevia, or other non-nutritive sweetener, as desired
  • 1 tsp. almond or pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. low-fat granola
DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients, except for the granola, in a blender or food processor. Blend at high speed until smooth, about one minute. Pour into a chilled glass, top with granola, and serve.
