Smoothie:

  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Hood 1% Lowfat Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter powder
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 1/2 medium banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
DIRECTIONS:

Blend the yogurt, milk, peanut butter powder, frozen banana, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into bowl. Arrange bananas, raspberries and peanuts on top.
