1.  Add graham crackers to a blender or food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.

2.  Add butter to a large bowl and melt in the microwave on 30-second intervals until fully melted. Stir in the crumbs and sugar until evenly mixed.

3.  Line the bottom of a spring form pan with parchment paper. Spread the crust mixture out into the pan and press down evenly with your hands.

4.  Scoop softened ice cream on top of the crust and spread around evenly with a rubber spatula.

5.  In a small saucepan, heat the cream to a light simmer, do not boil.

6.  Meanwhile, finely chop the chocolate and add to a medium bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and allow to sit for 5 minutes, do not stir.

7.  Once time is up, whisk the cream and chocolate until a rich sauce forms. Pour the ganache over the top of the pie and freeze for 3 hours.

8.  Just before serving, top with Hood Whipped Cream.
