Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

½ cup Hood Lowfat Sour Cream

¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

½ cup Hood Calorie Countdown 2% Reduced Fat Dairy Beverage

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

½ tsp. salt

2 green onions, chopped

1 ½ tsp. poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Calorie Countdown,  vinegar, mustard, and salt. Whisk until completely combined. Stir in green onions and poppy seeds. Pour into sealed container and refrigerate until ready to use.  Shake or stir well before using.
