Quick and Easy Spicy Shrimp on Skewers

INGREDIENTS:
ingredients
  • 1 lb. shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp. crushed ginger root
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed turmeric root (you can substitute for powdered turmeric)
  • 1 cup of Hood® Sour Cream
  • oil to drizzle
  • salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together all ingredients except oil and shrimp and coat shrimp. Skewer shrimp and place in oven proof casserole. Drizzle with oil and bake for 12-15 minutes (ovens vary so adjust accordingly). Serve with rolls, flat bread or savory rice. Squeeze with lemon (optional), and serve!
