Simply Smart Strawberry Kiwi Chia Smoothie

  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Simply Smart Fat Free Milk
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered*
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.  Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

 

*Cut kiwi in half crosswise and scoop out the flesh with a small spoon.  

 

Prep tip: For a more pudding-like consistency, prepare the recipe with 2 tablespoons chia seeds. Pour into 4 individual glasses or small bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Enjoy with a spoon!
