  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. Simply Smart 1% Lowfat Milk
  • 1 cup strong, hot coffee
  • 2 tsp. sugar or sweetener of your choice
  • ground cinnamon or grated or shaved chocolate, if desired

In a large mug, heat the milk to between 140˚F and 160˚F (1 minute or less on High in the microwave).

Pour the coffee into a large mug and mix with sugar and 2 tablespoons of the milk.  Froth the milk with a frothing wand or in the blender.  Pour the frothed milk on top of the coffee. Garnish with cinnamon or chocolate, if desired.

Prep Note: Avoid overheating the milk so that it froths properly.
