Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach, packed
  • 1/4 cup Hood® Low Fat Cottage Cheese with Peaches
  • 1/2 oz (2 Tbsp.) feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette (or dressing of your choice)

Directions

  • STEP 1

    Place baby spinach leavesin a medium bowl. Top with cottage cheese, feta, pecans and freshly groundpepper.

  • STEP 2

    Drizzle with dressing. Serve.
