  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 1/4 cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Garden Vegetables
  • 1/2 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:

Halve and pit avocado. Place each half on a plate. Spoon 1/8 cup cottage cheese into the center of each avocado half and top equally with chives and freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
