  • 1/2 cup Hood® Sour Cream

directions

Select a good sized container with a tight fitting lid. (Ball 32 oz. Mason Jars are perfect for this.)

Add the first five ingredients to the container.

If not already done, combine 1 tsp. of kosher salt, 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. From that mixture, add 1 tsp. to the ingredients in your container.

Whisk (or simply close the lid and shake) together the ingredients until combined.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

To create your taco salad, combine your favorite ingredients, such as romaine lettuce, bite-size rotisserie chicken pieces, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.

Top salad with chilled buttermilk salsa ranch dressing and serve.
