  • 3/4 cup Hood Lowfat Milk
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (optional)
DIRECTIONS:

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
