Ginger-Lemon Waffles with Sour Cream Syrup

Waffle:
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup Hood® Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Hood® Sour Cream Syrup:
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Hood® Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS:directions
Preheat your waffle iron. Place all wet ingredients in one bowl, stir to combine. Place all dry ingredients in separate bowl, stir to combine. Add dry to wet ingredients and stir until smooth. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray and pour batter onto hot iron. Cook according to your iron's directions (until golden brown).
