Glazed Eggnog Donuts

Donut:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 cup Hood Golden Eggnog
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Glaze:
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Hood Golden Eggnog
- Sprinkles or colored sugar for decorating, if desired

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Coat two 6-count donut pans with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine well.
Using a stand mixer with the fitted paddle attachment or an electric hand mixer, slowly add the Eggnog, egg, canola oil and vanilla extract. Beat until just combined. Do not overmix.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared donut pans. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until donuts are slightly firm. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack before glazing.
To make the glaze, whisk the powdered sugar and 6 tablespoons of Eggnog in a small bowl until smooth. Spoon glaze onto each donut and top with sprinkles or colored sugar, if desired.
