Mexican Hot Chocolate

- 1 cup Simply Smart Lowfat Milk
- 2 Tbsp. dark chocolate (1 ounce)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch Kosher salt

DIRECTIONS:directions
Place the milk, chocolate chips, and sugar in a medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 1 ½ minutes, stopping to stir at 1 minute. Continue to microwave for another 30 seconds, or more, if necessary, until the chocolate melts.
Remove from the microwave and whisk the milk to combine well. Add the vanilla extract, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine. Drink warm.
