PB and J Smoothie

•1 cup Hood Lowfat Milk
•2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter, separated
•½ frozen banana, sliced
• ½ cup frozen or fresh sliced strawberries, or raspberries

DIRECTIONS:directions
Place milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, banana, and strawberries in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds. Pour into a tall glass.
Place the remaining tablespoon of peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 20 seconds or until melted. Drizzle peanut butter on top of smoothie and enjoy!
