Slimmer Guacamole

INGREDIENTS:ingredients• 2 ripe avocados
• ¾ cup Hood® Low Fat Cottage Cheese
• ¼ cup lime juice
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ tsp. salt
• ¾ to 1 tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced (optional)

DIRECTIONS:directionsPlace all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Serve with baked snack chips or toasted whole wheat pita bread that's been cut into wedges.
