Tomato Soup

- 1 28 oz. can tomatoes, whole or diced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup basil, chopped
- 3/4 cup Hood® Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS:directions
Place all ingredients except for sour cream and basil in a large saucepan and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Let cool and transfer to a food processor or blender. Add basil and process until smooth.
Stir in ½ cup sour cream and serve.
