Turkey Cheese Casserole

- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 cups cooked turkey, cut up
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1/4 finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 cup Hood® Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

DIRECTIONS:directionsPreheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine 1 3/4 cups of the shredded cheese, turkey, celery, green pepper and onion. Blend together Hood® Sour Cream and flour; stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss sour cream mixture lightly with turkey. Turn into a shallow 2-quart casserole. Garnish with reserved 1/4 cup cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
