Hood® Celebrates National Ice Cream Sandwich Day on August 2nd

Hood® Ice Cream today announced that it will be celebrating National Ice Cream Sandwich Day in four cities across New England on Thursday, August 2nd. Fans of the number one dairy brand in New England can enjoy samples of Hood's famous ice cream sandwiches, photo opportunities with a Hood Ice Cream Sandwich character, coupons, and more. The first-annual celebration will be taking place simultaneously from noon to 2:00 p.m. in Boston, MA; Hampton Beach, NH; Portland, ME; and West Hartford, CT."Summertime and Hood Ice Cream go hand-in-hand, and what better way to celebrate the peak of summer and National Ice Cream Sandwich Day?" said Sarah Barow, spokesperson for Hood.
