Ingredients
- 4 slices whole grain sandwich bread
- 1/2 cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Chive
- 1 tomato, washed and thinly sliced
- 6 leaves fresh basil, washed
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

STEP 1
Toast bread slices.

Spread cottage cheese onto two slices of bread. Top cottage cheese with tomato slices and basil.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper, to taste.
