Creamy Scallion & Cheese Dip

- 1 cup Hood® Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, evenly divided
- 3/4 cup sliced scallions (Reserve ¼ cup of the green part for the top)
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:directionsPreheat oven to 350˚F.Place the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of the scallions, parsley, chili powder, cumin, and pepper in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Blend on high speed until combined, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.Spread dip evenly in a 2-quart baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and place on wire cooling rack. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sliced scallions on top of dip.Serve warm with chips or crackers.
