Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups Hood Whole Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Lightly coat 2 baking sheets or pizza pans with cooking spray.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the yogurt and stir until combined.

Turn out the dough onto a clean, well-floured surface. Using a rolling pin that’s been coated in flour, roll the dough into 2, 12-inch circles.

Transfer the dough to the baking sheets.

Cook crusts on the bottom rack of oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add toppings.
