Ingredients

    Smoothie Bowl
  • 3/4 cup Hood® Light Eggnog
  • 6 Tbsp. fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Toppings
  • 2 Tbsp. pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. sweetened shredded coconut

Directions

  • STEP 1

    Blend the Eggnog, yogurt, banana, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender or food processor for 45 seconds or until smooth.

  • STEP 2

    Pour into bowl. Arrange the pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and coconut on top.
