- 3/4 cup Hood® Light Eggnog
- 6 Tbsp. Hood® Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sweetened shredded coconut

STEP 1
Blend the Eggnog, yogurt, banana, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender or food processor for 45 seconds or until smooth.

Pour into bowl. Arrange the pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and coconut on top.
