- 11 Hood S’mores Ice Cream Sandwiches
- 1 cup Hood Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate pudding
- 9 honey graham crackers
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- Chocolate syrup

Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with plastic wrap and arrange 5 ½ of the Hood S’mores Ice Cream Sandwiches to cover the bottom of the dish.
In a large bowl or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, and pudding powder on medium-high until light and fluffy. Spread 1 cup of whipped cream over the ice cream sandwiches.
Spread the chocolate pudding over the whipped cream and layer with 4 ½ graham crackers.
Layer on another cup of whipped cream and another layer of Hood S’mores Ice Cream Sandwiches followed by the remaining whipped cream and another layer of graham crackers.
Gently spread the marshmallow fluff over the top of the graham crackers and chill for at least 3 hours.
Remove from fridge and use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallow fluff, if desired.
Top with chocolate drizzle.
