- 2 slices multigrain or whole wheat bread
- 1/2 cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Cucumber & Dill
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup baby arugula
Toast two slices of bread.
Place toast on a plate and spread each slice equally with cottage cheese and top with freshly ground black pepper.
Top each toast with 1/4 cup baby arugula. Serve.
