Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal, Cranberry and Walnut Cookies

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp Hood® Milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups quick oats, raw
- 2 cups (11.5-oz package) semisweet chocolate chunks
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries, or raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375˚F.
In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Reserve.
Place the brown sugar and butter in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat until creamy. Add sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, and beat until combined. Add in flour mixture. Stir in oats, chocolate chunks, cranberries, and walnuts. Drop by well-rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to wire cooling racks.
