Cottage Cheese Breakfast Pizza

- 1 lb premade pizza dough
- 1 cup Hood® Country Style Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- 8oz turkey breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups of shredded hash browns thawed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 large eggs whisked
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough and pre-bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a medium non-stick pan over medium high heat, add 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil cook shredded hash browns until lightly golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- In the same medium non-stick pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add eggs and cook and stir until the eggs until thickened and scrambled. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- To assemble, spread the Hood Country Style Cottage Cheese evenly over the crust leaving a 1 inch border around the pizza. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the cottage cheese. Spoon scrambled eggs, turkey breakfast sausage crumbles, and hash browns.
- Bake until cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
