Ingredients
- 2 small frozen bananas, sliced
- 10 pitted Medjool dates or 20 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Hood® No Salt Added Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Hood® 1% Lowfat Milk in the LightBlock Bottle
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Sweetener of your choice, optional
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
