- 20 ounces strong brewed hot coffee
- 1/2 cup Hood® Light Eggnog
- ground nutmeg, for garnish
Pour equal amounts of coffee into 2 large mugs.
In another mug, heat the Eggnog in the microwave to between 140 degrees F and 160 degrees F, about 1 minute on High. Do not overheat the Eggnog or it will not froth properly.
Using a frothing wand or a whisk, froth the Eggnog. Add the Eggnog to the mugs with the coffee. If desired, top with a pinch of nutmeg. Serve immediately.
