INGREDIENTS:ingredients• 1 cup Hood® 1% Lowfat Milk
• 1 medium banana or 3/4 cup berries or other fruit
• 1 Tbsp. sugar or artificial sweetener, optional
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 3 ice cubes, or about 1/2 cup crushed ice

DIRECTIONS:directionsCombine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Whip on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until frothy. Pour into tall glass. Serve immediately.
