Fruit Tarts

INGREDIENTS:ingredients• 1 cup Hood® Low Fat Cottage Cheese
• 1/2 cup Hood® Light Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup sugar (artificial sweetener can be substituted)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 24 muffin-sized phyllo-dough shells (available in frozen food section)
• Assorted blueberries or raspberries or other fruit

DIRECTIONS:directionsIn a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except shells and berries and blend until just mixed. Transfer to medium mixing bowl. Spoon about a tablespoon of filling into each phyllo-dough shell and top with a raspberry or two or three blueberries.
