Maple Walnut Blueberry Breakfast Bowl
- 1 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, divided
- ½ cup Hood Whipped Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
Place 1 cup blueberries in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Transfer blueberries to a small bowl. Stir in Hood Whipped Cottage Cheese until blended.
Garnish with ¼ cup blueberries and nuts. Top with maple syrup.
