Nacho Pizza

- 4 ounces 95% lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup Hood® No Salt Added Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 11-inch (about 10 ounces) 100% whole wheat pre-baked pizza crust
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained well
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 6 scallions, sliced thin
- 1 2.25-ounce can sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pickled jalapenos
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 450˚F.
Add beef to a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble beef into bits and cook until lightly browned, about four to five minutes. Remove meat from pan, and drain well. Reserve.
Place the cottage cheese, garlic, salt and chili powder in a food processor. Blend until smooth, about one minute.
To assemble the pizza, spread the cottage cheese evenly on the pizza crust. Layer the beef, beans, tomatoes, scallions, olives, jalapenos and Monterey Jack on top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
