Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach, packed
- 1/4 cup Hood® Low Fat Cottage Cheese with Peaches
- 1/2 oz (2 Tbsp.) feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette (or dressing of your choice)
Directions

STEP 1
Place baby spinach leavesin a medium bowl. Top with cottage cheese, feta, pecans and freshly groundpepper.

Drizzle with dressing. Serve.
