Very Berry Avocado Smoothie

- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup Simply Smart Fat Free Milk
- 1/2 pitted and peeled whole fresh avocado, quartered
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup crushed ice (omit if using frozen fruit)

DIRECTIONS:directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Prep Tip: Double the recipe and pour into ice-pop pop molds for a frozen treat later. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until thoroughly frozen.
