- 3/4 cup Hood Lowfat Milk
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (optional)

DIRECTIONS:directionsPlace all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
