- 1 thick slice whole grain bread
- ¼ cup Cottage Cheese with Everything Bagel Seasoning
- ½ avocado, thinly sliced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Toast bread.
