Avocado Toast with Cottage Cheese
- 1 thick slice whole grain bread
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese with Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Spread with cottage cheese and top with avocado.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, sea salt and pepper.
