Ingredients

PIZZA
• 1 12" prepared thin pizza crust
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 3/4 cup BBQ sauce, divided
• 2 cups Hood® Sour Cream, divided
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 ounces canned jalapeños

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
• 1/2 cup corn, cooked
• 1/2 cup red onion, diced
• Bacon, cooked and cut into pieces

Directions

  • STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400˚F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. (You can also use a large pizza stone, but don’t coat it with cooking spray.) Place the crust on the baking sheet.

  • STEP 2

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with ¼ cup of the barbecue sauce. When cooked, place the beef mixture in a medium mixing bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 3

Add 1 cup of sour cream to the meat and stir well.

  • STEP 4

Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce on the pizza crust. Layer the beef mixture on top of the sauce. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and jalapeño peppers on top of the beef, and any additional toppings you desire.

  • STEP 5

Bake the pizza until the cheese has melted and the edges of the crust are crispy, about 15 minutes. Drizzle the remaining sour cream over the warm pizza with a spoon or squeeze bottle.

  • STEP 6

    Slice and Serve.
